the 405 7%
This IPA is our loving ode to proper West Coast ales. Citra and amarillo hops form the initial ride of bright, bursting citrus that cruises through strong pops of Grapefruit, orange peel, and a light floral aroma. Unlike its namesake, The 405 IPA is definitely a daily commute to look forward to.

Once brewed by the farmers of northern France. Light, bright, and refreshing. Made with a special saison yeast blend and hopped with Hallertau Blanc hops. With notes of white pepper, lemongrass, and gooseberries. Low ABV farmhouse ales were the best way to quench the thirst after a long day in the fields of France.

Classic English bitter. This beer has been the staple of British pubs for over 200 years. Maris Otter and kilned crystal malts hold up a sharp yet mild earthy bitterness from the East Kent Goldings hops. With notes of biscuit, lavender, and honey.

the greatest show on tap. the honey buster hefe was conceived on the diamond and raised in the dugout. a tribute to the diy spirit of sandlot baseball and our favorite team the river city honey busters. we added honey and lemon to this german style wheat to give it a crisp refreshing taste. perfect for hot summer days at the ballpark. goes well with hotdogs and home runs.

A pilsner fit for an emperor. Brewed with 100% Strisselspalt hops this European-style brew marches in with subtle bitterness before retreating into a graceful floral and citrusy finish. Refined, balanced, and undeniably Frenc. Napoleon would’ve sipped it with pride (and probably claimed he invented it).
Tokyo blackout 5%
Brewed in honor of the King of Monsters, this beer stomps in with roasted malts that bring deep, toasty flavor worthy of a titan. Rice keeps it smooth, while Crystal hops unleash a bright citrusy roar. Bold, crisp, and crushable. Perfect for kicking back after leveling a city.

Collaboration brew with Smittox Brewing. We decided to do a modern twist on a classic Tripel. Using a heavy dose of a fruit forward German hop Diamant. With notes of candied oranges and a clean semi-dry finish. We're looking forward to Smitty getting his new brewery started here soon here in the neighborhood out by the Dallas Zoo

Brewed with all Texas grown and malted barley from our friends at TexMalt in Fort Worth. This amber lager is perfectly malty in all the right ways. With notes of caramel, toast, and biscuits all balanced with a light touch of noble hops. This bock beer will have you wanting to call them.
