Get ready for the 2026 Bishop Arts Pintxos Crawl on March 26th from 6–9 PM — a neighborhood-wide evening of small bites, drinks, and good company in the heart of Bishop Arts. Pintxos (pronounced peen-chos) are Basque-style bar snacks — small, chef-driven bites traditionally served on bread and often secured with a skewer — meant to be enjoyed standing up, drink in hand, as you hop from spot to spot.
